Newport Coast a census-designated place located of Orange County, California. As of 2000 census, the C.DP. had a total population of 2,671, in  2001, the master-planned community (developed by the Irvine Company) was incorporated into nearby Newport Beach, California.


 

Pelican Hill golf course is completinng construction of a 24,000 Square foot retail space and restaurants.
